Backyard Forest Whimsical Wedding
Sept 8th 2018 // Arizona
On a warm September day Jac + Steven got married in the forest of Flagstaff with their family and friends surrounded. Where else would they get married other than Steven’s parents back yard? It’s where they would rest from the stress of college and enjoy family time and where he proposed to Jacqueline last year. And now it’s the location of where they are united as one. This wedding was really family focused with his grandparents making the food, her ring from her grandmother, and a lot of family in the wedding party. It was full and happy!
Pops of color, eucalyptus leaves everywhere, and an old fashion car gave all the right fall feels to this wedding. Simple, colorful, and whimsical. I could say those same words to describe Jac + Steven’s relationship. They are full of joy and laughter, always. They are the best of friends and you will always find them ready to have a good time. With Steven’s grandfathers homemade pulled pork, made that morning, their reception was easy going and relaxed. Yard games and a sunset was the perfect touch to their backyard wedding.
Now Jac is now your traditional bride. She wanted a different type of dress….one that would stand out in your mind. A grey/purple tulle skirt kinda of dress! She ordered it off of Etsy from a lady in Europe. Love her unique style so much throughout the whole wedding day. Hope you enjoy all the colors + romance + whimsy in this wedding!
